Intellectual Property Ownership

Restricted Use

Limitations of Liability

Termination and Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and indemnity.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Tao Insight Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via our newsletter or site-wide notification bar prior to taking effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
